The sun is setting... But at the same time, at some other point, the same sun is rising... Isn't is wonderful. What I infer from this is that, the same action has different effect on different people. Every coin has two sides. Every action has a reaction and it has both good and bad effects. Its only the perception of the people that matters at the end of the day.....
